About Us

Orange County: California’s Golf Coast was formed in 1998 in conjunction with the Visit Newport Beach, Inc to promote Orange County as a destination golf resort area to business and vacation travelers.

The group consists of award-winning golf courses, multi-star hotels and major sponsors that combine their efforts to market Orange County, California as America’s newest and most exciting upscale premier golf destination.

The group’s goals are to increase national and international awareness of Orange County’s award winning golf courses, year round golfing weather, luxurious hotels, excellent shopping, dinning and a variety of family attractions all located near the beautiful Pacific Ocean.
